Purchased shoes for my children yesterday and my 7 year olds shoe stopped lighting up so we took the shoes back to have them switched out and the assistant manager there was anything but helpful. My daughter wore her shoes since 8:30am and it stopped lighting up before lunch time. She made us pay $5 more for the same shoe just a different color and treated us like we were the scum of the earth and when we asked for her name so we could contact corporate, after we paid and left the store, she called the police and told them that we caused a scene/disturbance. I highly doubt we will be shopping at any more shoe show stores and I have contacted corporate regarding all of this.
